Professional Consulting

Many times, a fellow professional doesn’t wish to or cannot take an assignment, such as auditing. We can handle that assignment, either on a shared fee basis or as a non-competitive professional. We will not compete with CPAs or EAs that refer business to us. You do what you do best and let us handle the rest.

A developed niche for us is assisting other financial, accounting and tax professionals solve their clients’ problems. We assist with planning and special projects, such as sales, mergers, purchases, and tax collections matters.

We can be a part of your team, working on a contractual basis, allowing you to continue your professional/client relationship. As consultants, we strive to make you look good to your clients.
